Sergio Howland trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York where he got his degree in Culinary Arts. He’s spent 20 years in the industry, joining The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in Cancun, Palm Beach, Miami and Key Biscayne. Auberge Resorts where he worked at Esperanza in Los Cabos, México. He staged at michelin star restaurants Auberge in Napa Valley and El Cingle in Barcelona Spain . His last adventure with Timbers Resorts took him to The Sebastian in Vail, Colorado where he was Executive chef and oversaw all resort operations, The Beignet Café, and the fine dining restaurants block16 and Leonora. He is now back in his homeland Mexico where he opened Osteria Amici and Brunella Brewing Company.
Passionate about his family, travel photography and wine making he spends his days capturing moments, food, travel moments and as many landscapes as he can get his hands on.
